2024-11-11 - Important News Regarding Upcoming Service Disruptions

Clients of Ultra.cc - We hope you are well and getting ready for the Holidays :)

This is a service announcement to notify our clients of work scheduled for next week and next weekend.

All times are AMSTERDAM Time [CEST]

November 12th 10:00AM - 14:00PM

Our networking team has identified a redundancy issue, requiring some of our equipment to be swapped. We have a temporary solution, but we want a permanent fix for the holiday traffic.

A major outage isn't anticipated as it will be done on the fly, but we notify clients if there are teething or networking issues during this time. You are aware of why. It will be monitored over the given window.

November 12th - Around 10:30AM

We are upgrading our router hardware on three racks. The following servers will be affected and may experience intermittent outages.
We will update this as soon as we have more information.

November 16th - 1:00AM - 10:00 AM

The postponed outage for AIKO and HUCK, previously announced for November 2nd, has now been rescheduled for the specified window. All clients will receive an email reminder about this.

In all cases, we must emphasise that no data configurations or even OS files will be touched. This includes user-generated data, IP's, hostnames and ports.
